'DoughVinci's Pizza started from a vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Watson lineage in 1985, our small-scale pizzeria has been a family-led endeavor, sharing recipes that span generations.
Emma Watson, our progenitor, picked up the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, apprenticing with seasoned pizzaiolos in Naples — the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the authenticity of Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and premium components.
Our journey began in a quaint 12-seat venue and has since flourished into a cherished local jewel. Our promise to excellence and authenticity remains intact. We adhere to traditional wood-fired oven methods, our dough is made anew each day, and we always seek out top-notch ingredients.
To this day, 'DoughVinci's Pizza is maintained by the family, with the Watson progeny at the helm of a devoted crew. While current advances have been integrated, the core of our enterprise continues: to forge delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
